By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you are not permitted to use the Service.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes by an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

You must be legally able to form a binding contract and comply with applicable laws to use the Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms set out. Misuse of the Service may result in suspension or termination of your account.

By using the MedTalk AI Ambient Scribe feature, you consent to the recording, processing, and transcription of consultations for the purpose of generating clinical notes and summaries.

• ✓Audio recordings ("Audio Files") are securely stored by MedTalk AI for a period of 24 hours, after which they are permanently and irreversibly deleted.
• ✓Transcriptions generated from Audio Files are retained until deleted by the healthcare provider, or as otherwise set out in our Privacy Policy.
• ✓MedTalk AI reserves the right to use Audio Recordings and transcripts solely for the purpose of improving MedTalk AI's performance and the development of new features and product-related purposes. MedTalk AI does not share Audio Files or transcripts with third parties.
• ✓Healthcare providers are responsible for obtaining informed consent from patients prior to recording any consultation using the MedTalk AI Ambient Scribe feature.

You may not use the Service to engage in any unlawful or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to hacking, distributing malware, or infringing intellectual property rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe that you have violated these Terms of Use. You can also terminate your account at any time.

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the last 12 months.
