What we can say publicly

MedTalk AI does not develop or train its own foundation models. It applies clinical-domain engineering, including prompting, configuration, guardrails and evaluation, on top of licensed third-party speech recognition and language models, to convert real-world consultations into structured clinical reports. Any dataset use for model improvement is anonymised and governed by contractual safeguards, and access by third-party AI providers is restricted under contractual limitations. Patient data is never sold or shared for marketing. Every report is generated as a draft. AI-generated documentation supports clinicians and requires clinician review and sign-off before it forms part of the clinical record.

Internal model card

For every model in production MedTalk maintains an internal record of the model/provider, version, intended use, inputs/outputs, provenance where discloseable, limitations, evaluation results, safety/privacy considerations, release date, retirement date and owner. MedTalk does not publish unverified model or provider claims.
