Where data is hosted
MedTalk AI maintains 100% Australian sovereign data residency, hosted in AWS and Azure Sydney and Melbourne regions only, with no offshore transfer.
How data is used
MedTalk maintains a strict no-data-selling policy, patient data is never sold or shared for marketing. Audio is securely stored for up to 24 hours, then permanently destroyed, and is never retained beyond that window. Where anonymised data is used for model improvement, this is governed by contractual safeguards, and access by third-party AI providers is restricted under contractual limitations.
